Why would you give Thanos the Guantlet?
With it, Thanos stomps, he is basically God with gauntlet (control of all time, space, souls, power, mind and reality).

Without the Guantlet he loses, even ignoring Hakai, Marvel chracters don't have the operational speed advantage DC chracters have in terms of reaction and processing information. Beerus wins trivially in this case unless he lets Thanos open his mouth.
