I don’t think that’s the point.

For those on that side who feel the pronoun shyt matters, it’s just a way of attacking people who they feel are attacking them.

It’s a minor annoyance for an obvious man to be called “ma’am”. But if you do that shyt enough, someone is bound to react in a way where they’ve created a “gotcha” moment
