Wouldn't surprise me if Peas gets fired after the season. I can see Harbaugh getting fired after next season if the offense/defense still ain't better. Don't like Caldwell though. Dude made some stupid decisions with the Colts. Also he's the Qb coach, yet Flacco is throwing off his back foot more than ever.
You can't underachieve two weeks in a row. Bisciotti may be patient and level headed in front of the cameras, but certain things can set him off. Losing to Charlie Batch at home and Cousins/RG3 in back to back weeks was just too much. Had it been two other teams Cameron probably would've kept his job.

I'm not giving a pass to the D at all. I've been said that our d is ass but we are missing some of our best players on d. That said, our d has gotten some turnovers and our offense has done nothing with them at times.

i disagree
he gets 20 touches a game and you call that criminally underused
until recently we didnt have any faith in the rookie back up so the plan was to limit Rice to 20-25 touches max.You dont want to run dude in the ground early and hes banged up or hurt come playoff time
dude had 300 carries and 76 catches last year.Hes on pace for around 280 carries and 65 catches this year and thats with playing with a D who cant get off the field most of the time which means less possessions for the offense so explain to me how he is being criminally underused
