It's a few on the East, a bunch of the West that go multiple blocks. Most of the nice shyt on the East span a few blocks then back to the gutter lol.

It's all good doe, a lot of the East is getting work so it will get there one day. You definitely ain't getting 20 straight blocks of nice streets anywhere on the East today though. Maybe 5-10.
