She dances daily and occasionally hits the gym. Let the lazy, flabby chicks tell it it's JUST genetics. She working her ass off for that body, for sure, especially to still be tight
during pregnancy (not eating crazy like everybody else) and be back fit right after.

and eats like the typical broad from the block twinkies chips soda dollar slices

it is genetics
no amount of diet/exercise is gonna change fat distribution on a female
you can only work with what you're given & some just got it better than most

I guess the word I should have used for gym was "sparingly". However

most of her day. 7-12 hours ain't everybodies cup, but it don't take nearly that long if you clean your diet up. Many folks look at Teyanna, say "Genetics", then go right
back to their bad habits. Let her stop dancing and shyt gets real different, real quick.

i know a lot of broads who danced all their lives
a lot of bad bodied broads in that group jahahahahaa
it's just like with muscle gain you can put different people on the same program and get drastically different results

even if she stopped dancing she'd still be built better than a lot of broads
she doesn't have anywhere to store fat except her t*ts ass/hips/thighs jahahahahaa
i agree with the fact that staying active would better a lot of individuals but most still wouldn't look like anything worth attention
