What about O.J. Simpson? Governer Patterson's son caught shooting dice? Gary Dourdan? Todd Bridges, 50 Cent and Yayo being cleared to travel with violent felonies? It happens breh ...everything isn't about race. Again it was classism, the kid was poor.

Answer my question though breh.

You think if a rich 16 year old black boy got drunk and killed 4 white people and injured 2 other white people that he would go free? In the state of Texas?

You believe that?

The American justice system is so corrupt and unequal there's no reason to even try to defend it anymore. Not even hidden.

But there is every reason to put the pressure en masse on them to let people in that system know that this is NOT acceptable. Whether people even try to put that pressure is isn't questionable, but the fact that lawmakers, judges, and individuals don't question it let's the public know where their agenda lies. Within money, power, and maintaining the status quo.

As far as it's concerned, there is no such thing as "justice" in America. And there never will be. You can't expect unjust people to be just. Sadly this will continue to be the case.

All I can hope for is for people to see the signals, be on their Ps and Qs, keep it to themselves and moving, and avoid interacting with the Police altogether. Because I just see them as the true enemy.

I hate how humans can't take punches to the head anymore. There's so many deaths from one punch. shyt happens a lot. You can't even get in a street fight anymore without having to worry about going to jail for murder.

Dumbass its people hitting there heads on the ground after the punch that kills them.

So don't get knocked out like a p*ssy then. If people actually knew how to fight and weren't swinging with their chins in the air they wouldn't be getting knocked out.

I'm practically a board member of the Cacs gon Cac movement, but in this case I would base it more on money. Our justice system is built on the fact that the more money you have the greater the likelihood your charges will get lessened. More money means better lawyers and greater arguments in the case.

One point I always bring up is who is the richest person ever to be put on death row? Try to search and see if you can even find it. Death row is for poor people and so is extended jail time.

It's both.

Take this same exact case. Same four white people dying, same two white people paralyzed.

But replace the rich white kid......with a rich black/hispanic/muslim kid.

You're not being truthful if you say it would have went the same way.

There is precedent for what he is saying though. See Donte Stallworth And Leonard Little.

Dude trust me my first thing is the say "see? That's cacs for you", but in a funny way OJ killed that argument. Money allows for greater defense, from investigators to expert witnesses. That's not to say that a rich brother in the same situation would not have had as favorable an outcome, but it sure as hell would have been more favorable than a poor brother from the hood with a court appointed attorney.

If he kills a white person, no. If he killed 4 black or 4 Hispanics.....possibly.

The problem is we play by the same rules we hate. The line of what is justice and what isn't is very fine. We all feel jail time for both suspects is necessary, yet if it were us our our family we'd want the lightest possible sentence which often times to the victims and their families is unjust.

You have to ask, who is justice for? Is it for the victims? is it for society or the community?

Needless to say our "justice"system sucks.
