Nevada is known far and wide as a place where just about anything goes. It has a reputation as a state where the party never stops and the fun runs 24 hours...
Just check the state laws. Decriminalization does not mean it's not legal. Many legal places still criminalize selling weed outside of dispensaries or without a license. Toronto had limits for how much an individual can grow and transport for personal use.
The game is about catching people who still take dumb risks like driving while high. Travelling with pounds and baggies.
You'd be surprised how many people never check their laws on anything. They just assume what is good until they end up on the wrong side of a law. Do your due diligence
It's been legal for so long in most civilized areas of the country that I sometimes forget weed can still get you locked up in some states.
Shame cities like Houston, the panhandle (Amarillo, Lubbock etc), Odessa, and El Paso gotta be in that hell hole.
