And we complain like hell about it. What country is large enough and willing enough to accept 47 million black immigrants? Even if you break that number down into smaller increments such as 5 million or even 1 million, what nation is going to accept that with no issues? People in general don't like foreigners. Just like we complain about immigrants coming in and taking our jobs, it will be the same: the other nation complaining that black Americans coming in and taking jobs, buying up land, causing problems, etc. And they will want to contest that, 1 way (through legislation) or another (through violence).

Republican states spent a decade refusing billions in free Obamacare fed money, and only took it years later after voters forced them to with ballot measures. Florida and other republican states also refused to use covid relief money for actual relief, and instead used it to pay for tax cuts. Reparations are never happening but if they did, it's pretty obvious that red states would refuse to hand the money out to black people. Which would mean the federal government would have to get creative about doling it out. Maybe via tax returns for instance.
