a nikka I worked with a min ago went to Lamar, sweared up and down it’s straight dimes in Beaumont & Port Arthur. Said it’s cheap living and only a hour and change away from Houston.
He said the only reason he wouldn’t move down there is the air quality sucks(dude had real bad asthma)and it smells like oil/chemicals from all the refineries
