We have this idea of wild animals, but there's no more dangerous creature than one of us.
If 50 wolves wanted you dead, you could just lock your doors and wait till they get tired of waiting.
If 50 people seriously wanted to get to you, no normal house would stop them.
Give a wolf the ability to attack with a supersonic projectile. Give an orca firepower. That's just about the case with having each advanced ape walk around with a gun.
We're very well fed usually so we're not super bloodthirsty, but when people get pissed off they are liable to crash out. So give them the power to take out a room full of people.
