No way, breh. His weakness is definitely making reads at the line and not throwing the ball away, but that will come with time. The offensive line needs to improve on its pass blocking. Driskel hasn't really made any poor decisions with his throws. We should have had an extra touchdown this game with that Frankie Hammond drop in the endzone. I'm a believer now
I think Jordan Reed is going to carry the receivers/tight ends. We just need a pure speed compliment to go with him. Is Debose purely special teams now?
yea i'm being hard on em. People WILL forget that this is his SECOND career start and technically you can say it was his first since last week was nothing but a freak show.
Our offensive line is going to get him KILLED. I'm still not confident in our WR's besides Reed and Hammonds Jr.
Driskel played well. I can see him growing into a beast. He showed shades today. We weren't prepared for A&M in the first half, no game film, etc.. We adjusted well in the second half and showed those backwood hillbillies something
i wouldn't say he played "well" i say he improved as the game went on. He still holds onto the football way to long, not decisive with his reads, will run out of bounds and take losses instead of throwing the ball away. He has a long way to go
