I personally blame rap music.I wouldn't put it past Tesla's Autopilot, but as a betting man, I'll say it was the jab, and I'm gonna stand on that.

I think i read somewhere that driving while using your cellphone is the same as driving under the influence.I wrote a dissertation about cellphone use while driving and annihilated my presentation to a standing ova.
This was back in 2007.
Fast forward over 15 years later... things only worsened.
Not consider that the world has become a neo-tech-laden-dystopia and still drive distracted, Tes-rehs.

Pull up the cameras to see what happened while still in bed, call the police and let them handle it while not moving and inch, and claim insurance money for my fence laterImagine being at the crib and some fool comes crashing through your backyard and splashes their whip in your pool.
Then you gotta jump up out of bed and watch that seatbelt-less fool die on your premises because you're not Captain America and can't save them.
That's gotta suck for real for real.
Then how could you get daps with a clickbait titleIs it that hard to read an article before posting?
I rented a Mustang Mach-e last year and tried out Blue Cruise (Ford's autonomous driving feature). My family was in the car with me, and I couldn't trust it once other cars were driving near by. I turned it off. If the driver was indeed in her 70s, she could have had a medical emergency while driving. Her not wearing a seatbelt is odd though.
Next time you get a chance, try Super Cruise. It's far and away the best autonomous driving system. There's even a pulse/heartbeat monitor in the seat cushion that the car keeps track of; where if you're in medical distress, the car can pull off to the side of the highway and notify medical personnel to the car's location.
Watch the video I posted, the reviewer even compares the Ford system vs the GM one. For some reason though, GM doesn't advertise the system at all; maybe for legal reasons?Outside of a slight amount of ping-ponging in the lane, it worked great. I was in middle of nowhere, Ohio so I felt safe trying it out. I didn't want test out the auto lane changing in the middle of traffic. If I bought a car with Super Cruise or Blue Cruise, I'd use it few times by myself first. I have adaptive cruise control in my car and I hardly ever use it even on the 75mile road trips I do weekly.
