Terry Funk suffering from Dementia

WWE Hall of Famer Terry Funk is reportedly suffering from dementia.

It was noted on the latest edition of WWE Hall of Famer Don Muraco’s “Magnificent” podcast that Funk is in an assisted living home and is dealing with dementia. Muraco said Funk is still living in Amarillo, Texas, but is in an assisted living facility.

The health update on Funk was confirmed by PWInsider. Funk has been dealing with health issues for some time, which have gotten progressively worse over the last year following the passing of his wife Vickie in 2019.

Not surprising. You wonder if Terry knew about CTE/Dementia from chairshots/concussions, that he might have changed his style or quit wrestling. But he was a product of the old days, so I don't fault him, but he is still a lesson for younger wrestlers that at the end of the day your a wrestler, but you shouldn't be doing stupid shyt to appease the crowd just for a spot.

There was a thread where a guy fukked up his launch from the ladder, and hit the concrete floor with a thud. Stupid.

I get you want the big money, but your not invincible.

I’m glad Mick stopped wrestling a decade ago and spared his body. Wish Funk could’ve just chilled out and enjoyed retirement.
