it's not a black men problem, it's an older black people problem. R Kelly has a HUGE female population. Scratch that. It's not an old or black people problem.

It's a matter of people idolizing humans for their art or achievements, and then refusing to acknowledge whatever evils they have committed due to their idolization.

David Bowie REGULARLY slept with underaged girls and white people love him. To pretend there are racial or gender nuances mainly driving this R Kelly controversy is socially dishonest.

I say this as someone who wants black men to take more accountability.

FEMALE TICKET BUYERS SUPPORTING A PREDATOR DON'T.
Y'all nikkas with these narrative brushfires. Get bodied in one thread, resume in another.
Can an illiterate pedophile spend coli posts on cars, clothes, or condos to lure young girls?
Can he even read them?
No and no.
Can he spend ticket revenue?
Can he hear female supporters say "I'll be your sex slave" in person?
Yes and yes.

So we shouldn’t hold our own accountable for fukked up shyt they do?

When we get our own nation we can do that. But until then, we should realize we live in a white supremacist nation and every black man that is accused should be viewed as a victim of a white supremacist plot or conspiracy.

Especially when you look at the fact its only black men being persecuted and jailed for stuff like this. Once again, I wouldn't have a problem if this shyt was equal. If crakkkas like Kevin Spacey were having documentaries being made about them and facing jail time. But we only see this shyt happening to black men. Whether its R. Kelly, Bill Cosby, or Michael Jackson.

It's just amazes me how we as black ppl will vehemently attack our own for wrong doing (R Kelly the individual deserves it) but will then become timid and soft spoken when it's time to call out white ppl doing the exact same thing or even worse.

It's cowardice.

And it's even more cowardly of these fukkbois to pretend like anyone calling out the hypocrisy is a supporter of R Kelly.

It's disgusting
Exactly, I'm not supporting Kellz but I'm also not going to ignore the obvious double standard when it comes to sexual predators. When it came to Cosby all I asked was for them to prove one case and they couldn't. Weinstein is getting charges dropped left and right but the media is focusing on Kelly.

I see what you saying in terms of the double standard but at the same time there should be zero tolerance for deplorables like that, if we wait until “we good” then we allow the bad within us to infect others and fukk over our children and women. It isn’t feasible and in the long run that just isn’t logical. Would you have the same stance if it was one of your family members or friends that had been violated, abused and been a victim? It’s somethig that needs to be nipped in the bud.

I'm simply not sure we know who our "good" or "bad" are. Do you seriously trust white people to try and protect us? Or will they use the judicial system to attack the best from among us? Just think back to the 60s. Who killed Fred Hampton? The fukkin FBI. Why did they do it? Cause they feared a revolutionary black leader that the people might follow.

White people are not interested in protecting us. They are only interested in protecting themselves and destroying us. So its far more likely that the guys they demonize from our community like Michael Jackson, Bill Cosby, and R. Kelly are actually not agents for "bad" in our community but are rather agents for "good" like Fred Hampton. And that is why they're being targeted.

You need to stop trusting the white media. In the 1960s they were saying our heroes like Malcolm X and MLK were terrorists. That is the type of people we are dealing with.

So we shouldn’t hold our own accountable for fukked up shyt they do?

Why? Should we not want our women to be safe and treated fairly and equally? What about your mother, aunt or daughter? And I’m not talking about the fake feminism that is pushed which is for white women only.
That's a loaded question. That's like asking somebody if they like to drink clean water, what kind of answer do you expect from that. Its like you're passively trying to put me in a box labeled for people that aren't for those things. What makes feminist have a stranglehold on wanting to protect and value women? And it doesn't really matter what brand of feminism you subscribe to, everybody got their own rendition of it just like for pro-black. The predominate one however is what it is...
