For victims of sexual assault sympathy=support.

Black men’s(and women’s) lack of sympathy for sexual assault victims is why dudes like R Kelly are allowed to prey on their victims for years.

Terry’s criticism of straight men isn’t about them commuting the assaults, but our propensity to ignore, victim blame, and even actively attack victims for coming out with their story.

His story is an example of exactly that. It was black men not only not supporting him, but actively attacking him for his choice of actions in reaction to the event. That’s precisely why women don’t speak out and it’s why he’s decided to go so hard on the issue.
Well we don’t have to give him shyt, doesn’t mean he has to attack ALL black men which is exactly what he’s doing. Some of us will not be neutered like him. When did sympathy ever equal support?

How tf is us not relating to terry have to do with black men (in general) sympathy for sexual assault victims :gucci:

Wtf do straight black men got to do with R.Kelly when it’s usually black gays and black women that supported his lifestyle the fukking most:gucci:

But lets bring this shyt back to Terry fukking Crews...

He needs to be attacking homosexual predators, you know the ones who actually sexually assaulted him, instead he’s attacking straight black men like hes a bytch that was sexually assaulted by a straight black man. Straight black men didn’t do shyt to Terry and we don’t have to give him our sympathy, especially since we couldn’t understand his logic of making it ok for that white dude to grab him with zero consequence.

And when does it become “toxic masculinity” to wait until the trial comes out, try to look at different sides of the story, call shyt as they see them, hold women accountable (because they supposed to be equal and all), and etc.

Nothing is wrong with his message, women shouldn’t be afraid to speak up, but its who he’s aiming it at and who he’s trying to build it off of. Its fukking pandering and c00n shyt.... he’s not even talking about WHITE toxic masculinity or even toxic femininity

I’ve yet to see any black man attack him just give their opinion on the situation if they were in that predicament. That’s all. Now if giving an opinion is “attacking” then I guess we changing the definition of words now.
You ain’t gonna get any sympathy points from us and then turn around and shyt on us instead of the gay white man that molested him in front of his wife. He need to handle that shyt first instead of acting like we responsible for that shyt bc we ain’t ask him to lay down on a couch and play psychologist.
Yes, calling people soft, gay, fakkit, bytches.

Is merely giving an opinion.:beli:

If that’s the case he has not attacked black men either, only given his opinion.

So what’s the problem?

Again his wife stopped him from hitting dude. If anyone it’s her that WOULD NOT want him to react violently.

Terry’s current activism is not about that singular event, it’s about lending a voice to the people who don’t have enough muscles to fight an attacker.
Terry wasn't gonna do shyt anyway regardless of his wife. He tried to play it like he didn't react because he didn't want to be the angry black man and get blackballed from Hollywood but then he decides after the fact to go hard on dude in the media which basically risked him being blackballed anyway. He might as well slapped ole boy if he was gonna risk being blackballed anyway. So now he let dude play with his nuts and he's probably blackballed because he spoke on it publicly later. Just dumb shyt overall by that man but he wants to go to war with straight black men when he was fondled by a probably gay white male.

His wife said she stopped him. I have no reason to not believe her.

My wife and any woman who’s truly down for their husband would do the same.

At one point he said he did grab dude and scuffle with him or whatever

He’s even flip flopping his story.

Even if he didn’t slap dude he could’ve done something that made a strong statement. From the way he’s acting he didn’t do any of that shyt. He said he was worried about his career

I seen that video of her saying that and I'm not doubting her but what does any of that have to do with him attacking straight black men bruh?

Again there’s a difference between disagreeing with an action and actively attacking a person for making said decision.

R Kelly is a straight black man, and again when the R Kelly shyt broke recently it was black men doing a lot of the victim blaming and attacking the women.

Gay black men aren’t arguing with him and attacking him on social media.

Y’all acting like he just came out and said “this dude grabbed my balls and I blame every black man out there”

That’s not how it went. He didn’t start talking about black men’s roll until they made him feel exactly how women feel when talking about their assault.

Toxic masculinity(although I’m not down for this buzzword) is calling him a bytch for not punching dude :stopitslime:

He’s aiming it at the people who stop women from speaking out. We all know rape/assault is bad. It’s societies indifference and even hostility toward victims that stops women for having a voice.

He new exactly what reaction he’d get and he put himself out there to prove a point and hopefully bring conversation for change.

From what I saw, he never said he scuffled with dude.

Because that’s what community does. That’s why we need community otherwise it’s every man for hmself.

Black men threw him under the bus.

Talking about a prevalent problem within the community is not “throwing black men under the bus”

As I said I’m not fond of this being framed as a “black” issue

But if he wasn’t being called soft and a bytch by primarily black men, then his rhetoric would be very different right now.

His wife is the one who stopped him from assaulting dude, I doubt that would have changed if she was the one that got touched.
fukk Terry Crews. He needs to be shunned and ostracized until he repents. I’m rejecting all of that bullshyt you’re talking. You’re just as full of shyt as he is. I don’t ride when clowns like y’all. He is a soft bytch. That’s why the little white gay man tried him like that. Even gay white dudes can see that he’s a bytch. That wasn’t sex assault, that was sonning him as a man. “He felt me up in front of my wife then laughed like it was funny”. That was a power thing. He punked his big ass out just because he could.

Hell no, I’m not supporting some man who chooses to sell himself and his dignity out for a career as a c00n in Hollywood. You sound stupid. That ain’t it bro.

Hollywood is synonymous with rape culture, pedophilia culture, and any other demonic form of debauchery that you can think of, yet his crusade is against “toxic black masculinity “. He’s just a c00n trying to get in where he fits in, it’s nothing else.

Because it’s straght black men calling him a bytch and women hoe’s for speaking out.
No black me were laughing at him for letting a man fondle him but black men have a problem with him now for specifically attacking us. Also black men weren't the only ones calling him a p*ssy for letting a man fondle him. Plenty of white males despise the Me too movement and this campaign against toxic masculinity so get that fake ass narrative out of here. White men in droves shytted on that Gillette commercial because of how it attempted to portray males and toxic masculinity.

did any of y'all catch how they bleeped/censored when he mentioned harvey weinstein's name. :childplease:

dude is not going to prison, metoo is protecting his ass.
I had to repeat that part. If they want folks to get what they deserve why are they blocking out his name and has Terry named the guy who grabbed his balls?

Even laughing or ridicule.

Go talk to some of the women I your family, I’m sure you will hear some story’s of assault from them, and they will tell you the reason they have not spoken out is ridicule.

Again those are reasons why people don’t speak out.

And I don’t think him saying “black men” excludes white men, he’s just directly talking to his presumed community.

Though honestly this is the only part I have a problem with. It’s not just a black man issue. His criticism should be men in general, but understand why he’s addressing black men as they are the ones he’s mostly interacting with online.

If more people in the industry were like terry crews Hollywood would not be synonymous with those things.
