Reports are saying it's fake.
I don't know if they mean fake i.e just planted or one bought off the black market.

Hours Before Paris Terror Attack, Facebook Stopped Anonymous From Exposing ISIS Recruiters

The Paris area was shocked by a major terrorist attack Friday night that is being claimed by the Neo-Caliphate terrorist group ISIS. But just hours before this attack was carried out, Facebook removed a key Anonymous group responsible for identifying and reporting thousands of social media accounts used by ISIS recruiters.
Regardless of your views on ISIS, their origins and who is pulling the strings and funding them, one thing is clear: they have been spreading their ideology and recruiting using Facebook and Twitter more than any “on-the-ground”, traditional methods.
The Anonymous group Red Cult initiated an operation to counter the ISIS social media presence, called #OpISIS. We at Counter Current News have been the primary contact point for #OpISIS from the start, and we continue to be today.
That’s why our sources in Red Cult told us today that a group calling itself “Report ISIS Accounts” – run by Anonymous – was removed by Facebook and the administrators for the group all banned.
Why?
Anonymous from doing the job that American and European law enforcement was either unable or unwilling to do: exposing accounts used by ISIS to operate and recruit on social media.
Facebook has refused to respond to inquires from Red Cult or from Counter Current News and several other alternative media outlets who have contacted them directly via their media relations number.
Red Cult informs us that the only purpose and use of the aforementioned group was to identify and report ISIS recruiting accounts on social media. Not only does this not violate Facebook’s own terms of service agreement, it is actually helping them enforce it.
So why would they take such action against people fighting terrorism online?
Watch the video released by Anonymous below, and let us know why you think Facebook would delete a group and ban admins of that group for doing nothing other than exposing and reporting ISIS recruiting accounts on Twitter and Facebook.

Yeah, I hate it for them because the majority of them are good people just wanting to live a normal, average life without all the drama.
What they are running away from is following them.
Now, they will receive hate from the xenophobes who will use this tragedy as an excuse for even more xenophobia.

From what I understand: The account has been suspended but, the account would tweet satire headlines and just by happening, used Paris prior to the tragedy.
After the attack, it started making rounds on Twitter because of the creepy coincidence.

The account (now suspended) was a bot, automatically creating headlines using the tweets of a real news account called PZFeed Breaking News Feed (@pzf). The bot essentially grabbed parts of old tweets by @pzf and combined them to make fake headlines. These are the two tweets it grabbed in order to create the conglomerate tweet published on November 11:
These are both real headlines published by a legitimate news source. But one refers to a Nigerian mosque attack last November that killed 120 people and injured 270, while the other is about the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris earlier this year.
Why would they pose as refugees only to shoot shyt up a month later? Why would they be carrying passports and emergency travel documents? I don't get that... If they're coming in why not lay low and develop a better plan and hit bigger targets and cause more damage?
The debate around these refugees ar at an all time high, why make people more suspicious?
These Isis brehs just popped outta nowhere, now they're pulling these stunts? That Mossad video where they busted up in that hospital looking like arabs doesnt help my leaning towards these conspiracy theories either.
