The Karate Kid Part 3
The plot is
a multi-millionaire businessman takes time out of his busy schedule to mentally and physically torture a local teenage karate champ. This con job involves giving up half the ownership in local karate schools to another teenage karate champ, breaking and entering and hiding in Mr. Miyagi's fireplace to gather intelligence on Daniel's plans on entering the tournament, stalking Daniel so he can "randomly" show up at appropriate times to garner his trust, make up a story about Kreese dying, training Daniel to make him go through pain and mess with his head, going to nightclubs to pay strangers to fight him, etc..
