The direction for the franchise has been clear to me for awhile now.

Make a lower budget sci-fi horror movie.

They keep trying to chase after Terminator 2 but they are never going to top the liquid metal T1000, or those highway chases, or Arnold's portrayal as the loyal protector Terminator, or the iconic action, but they keep trying by remaking and remixing those aspects from T2 and failing. So stop trying to make another T2.

Instead, try to take what worked best in Terminator 1 and do that instead. Simple story, a cyborg that might as well be Michael Myers, and an interesting setting, like a snowy cabin or in the wild west or some shyt. Boom. Forget about paying Arnold or getting big name actors. Make it for 50-60 million and eat on the profit.

When I was in middle school we would write little stories based on terminator, predator and robocop. I had a friend who could draw pretty good and would illustrate the story but I had wrote a Terminator short set in the mountains in the winter. My homie drew a dope pic of terminator with blood all over the snow and mountains in the background. I wish I kept them shyts.
