I heard the basic plot and that was a wrap for me. Looks like they're doing the same thing they did to Mad Max. They wanted a female lead, so they didn't mind shytting on continuity to make it happen.

Nah this isn't trying to get a female lead , they trying to reboot it completely. That ending has so many cliffhangers for no reason

So pretty much Pops, Sarah and Kyle Reese gonna go forward as a trio? And is John Connor dead? Also how did the T2 Terminator get sent back?

It sure could...think about it...at the time Furlong was a nobody and so was the t1000 guy

Sarah Conner was washed up before the movie even premiered

This movie was not garbage...they cast a wide net so kids could see it....there were like 8 kids in the movie theatre

Also them showing the actual twist in the trailer was a dumb move....I don't know who greenlit that


My only real problem was it would have been nice if they used more practical effects...but I get it

Robert Patrick was a great choice regardless of his unfamiliarity.

Linda Hamilton, never a big star was great as Sarah.

This chick was a bad choice, too cute and non threatening. The Asian T1000 gots nothing on Robert Patrick and Jai Courtney is terrible all around. But you're saying if there was more violence it would be on T2s level? One of the greatest action films of all time.

This half ass rendition could never be in that stratosphere. Even with Edward Furlongs weak performance it still doesn't hurt it enuf to be on Genysis level.

Come on son.

Not to mention the direction superiority of James Cameron. Basically saying this flick is on par with Cameron's directing?

I actually liked the direction they were headed with Terminator Salvation. Seems like this new shyt is just another movie catering to Arnold's ego.
