elephant in the room is the fact Bud had to even go out there sourcing offers since showtime wanted no parts of putting up money so a free agent could whup the ass of their up and coming prospect. Ortiz and Ennis are both posturing right now, that's boxing. They going stay in their lanes and wait for the smoke to clear between Crawford and Spence and likely battle for vacant belts once both move up

He 'agreed' to 65/35 split but gets 50 million for the fight and says let's split this 50/50 like we been talking previously for nothing??

Y'all don't think spence/haymon can find someone to sell this fight to aswell? If they feel like the fight going to generate more than 50 it doesn't make sense to sell the fight for that much. Especially to help establish a future competitor. Bud trying to cash out and retire spence still want to conquer another division and this braindead business sense bud got holding shyt up.

Crawford got publicly trashed and sued his former promoter I get it but why would spence ditch showtime and haymon as the A side for an unproven promoter for his biggest fight to date? Crawford himself wanted to open the books and control expenses for a fight he is the b side to and didn't trust boxing mainstay showtime but spence supposed to break off for some money laundering front no one can name. Gotta suspend all belief to come to these weird ass conclusions.

:mjlol: Spence dikkeaters swear he’s some big draw. Nobody outside of loyal boxing fans would recognize that nikka on the street. He’s no Mayweather, Canelo, or Fury. Hell, he’s been lapped by Tank at this point.

The draw of this fight is the top two (both undefeated) fighters in their weight class going at it. This will be the biggest fight both these dudes will ever have.
