#1 Crawford leaves TR Nov 2021 so Spence bytchass couldn’t use that as an excuse.. Instead of Spence and Haymon entering in negotiations with Bud since the window is wide open.. They are opting to fight his leftovers leftover Ugas.. which pushed back any real talks until July-Aug 2022


#2 No guarantee.. Bud had to agree to a lower percentage than Porter/Mikey/Danny/Ugas... And no transparency of the revenue streams

#3 The last contract sent was for 2023 which would force Bud to be out the ring for 15 months waiting on a duck

#3.5 Spence has started crying about making weight after stalling a fight for 3 years..
