Anybody know what Spence's workout routine is????
Rnds, more Rnds, Rnds, then add some more Rnds on top of that. Then add some more Rnds.

5 mile runs, sprints, depending on the days.

Skipping with 20lbs weight vest, shadow with same vest (usually when closer to date.)

Strength training 3-5 times a week, depending on what stage of the camp.

It’s the Rnds upon Rnds that separates Spence from the rest as far as conditioning goes.

I feel like all the top guys do this though.

I was in Philly at Bozy spot and they all get down like that. It was a reminder that these fighters are trained robot killers bra

They do. Ennis is a maniac at training. Wood chopping, rnds, tyres, sleds, all that, all day, everyday.

All these fighters can do 30 rnds in a row. Crawford, Loma, Haney etc.

It's just how they get to that point that differs, everyone has their flavour of doing it.

Spence method is just rnds and rnds and rnds.

His v02 capacity/muscular endurance (in other words ability to throw meaningful shots again and again in all rnds) is 11/10. Crawford is the same.
