But he was technically a freshman. Im an LSU fan breh Im always gonna be on the players side, like I said earlier in the thread I was happy when Bryce was stolen from us and got 10+ milly from Michigan

Im biased and letting it be known that I want these boys to dip if they can get even a nickle more elsewhere, even if it hurts my team :yeshrug:

edit: i’ll extend an olive branch and state that he should not have missed practice, it gives them coaches justification to look like the good guy(if thats true, cant believe initial reports and cacs all the time)

Yall
want these young men to be slaves to a school so bad, its kinda weird tbh
Cut this out. I literally said I have no problem with players getting paid. Going back to sohh I've said this.

But It needs to be regulated with rules.

You think if the Cowboys offered Patrick Mahomes a larger contract, it's acceptable for him to basically just leave middle of the night during camp?

How do you think that will fly?

How many schools can afford to make every player employees. We probably need the super league to happen sooner than later and that would speed things up

I extended an olive branch by stating him sitting out of practice (allegedly) wasnt smart and gave the cac coaches justification to cut him.

I think he’ll def be fine tho

I mean it seems like it already has rules :yeshrug: NFL is a professional league and CFB is supposedly amateur so its not the same, these are teenagers / 21 year olds in college.

Lastly, their coaches would leave if the Cowboys offered a larger contract during camp :yeshrug:

like i said imma always be on the players side im biased af
these cacs been screwing players over for decades fukk em

Everything about dude screams bytchmade.

Which means he'll more than likely end up in Columbus, OH.

Not to mention their starting QB's like 5'9 in garnet and gray stilettos.

It's ok. Rules will be put in place soon.

There's gonna be 1 too many 5-star busts, too many portal players getting $3 mil for 1 season and getting hurt before the season starts.

This kid, Nico, was shopping himself DURING the period they were prepping for Ohio St playoff game. That's lame and a terrible teammate

If you co-sign 18-19 yr olds doing that, see it how you want.

After seeing athletes have some tough luck and their families missing out on generational wealth, I side more with the players tbh.

A bird in hand. If you’re good enough to play college ball, you should make something from it. You got singers making insane money at 15 years old. I don’t see why a 20/21-year-old shouldn’t want life changing money, especially someone who can do things not many his age can with that kind of arm.

The way I see it, get what you can. If somebody pays for it because you bring something unique to the table via a big arm and prototypical build, take advantage of it. If you look the part, go for it.
