What law did this man break?

Not excusing his irrational behavior and dumb ass comments, but what actual crime was committed here?

I'm not asking because I know he didn't break a law, I'm asking because I am curious if you know what he can be charged with for making comments like the ones he made? If so, can you provide some similar cases?

he cant be arrested but making a threat is a cause for an investigation

Doesn't this fall under terroristic threats? The man just said he was going to start killing people. He's well armed. It's irresponsible to ignore. I don't know what state he's in but I can't imagine this not deserving some kind of consequence.

I think the threat has to be more direct. like saying you're gonna kill a particular person or group

Damn that's crazy to me. Dude obviously has problems and lots of guns says I'm gonna start killing people but we can't do anything. Perfect example of someone who should have their guns taken away, just the thing he's upset about.

He lost his permit

A Tennessee firearms trainer posted a video last week saying he would "start killing people" if gun-control laws are passed—and state officials kinda noticed, Digital Journal reports. In fact, Tennessee's Homeland Security office pulled the handgun carry permit of James Yeager, CEO of Tactical Response, due to a "material likelihood of risk of harm to the public." Yeager posted an edited version of the video with his threat cut out, and an apologetic video alongside his lawyer, but officials say his permit suspension is still in the mail.

"Vice President [Joe] Biden is asking the president to bypass Congress and use executive privilege, executive order to ban assault rifles and to impose stricter gun control," Yeager said in the original video. "I’m not f--king putting up with this. I’m not letting my country be ruled by a dictator. I’m not letting anybody take my guns! If it goes one inch further, I’m going to start killing people." A Tennessee safety official tells Crooks and Liars that he watched the video twice before reaching a decision: "He had a conviction in his voice, and the way he looked into the camera, I believe he's capable of a violent act." Hat tip to Raw Story.

This video is absolute jokes. "I do not, in anyway, advocate the overthrowing of the Government"

I love how :obama: sends these fools in to total madness and irrationality.

It's a thing of beauty.
