There's this thing about ghosts and the undead in China. They ban anything having to do with the afterlife in China I believe. I don't remember if it's religious, they're afraid, whatever, but basically Hollywood makes a lot of money on movies in China, so a lot of movies intentionally don't put in anything regarding ghosts or the afterlife in their movies so they can get China money.
