When I was younger and broker, I would take my clothes down to the laundry mat to clean my clothes. One day, this crazy as hell dude came in there who was obviously homeless. He started going in on the owner of the place (asian of course) and was talking about how "those chinese b*stards" made him go to Vietnam. The dude was obviously not well in the head. I just ignored it until the dude started escalating, kicking stuff and saying he was go to "cook her babies and and eat them" and that he was going to get his knife and stab all the "motherfukkers in here". At this point I called the non-emergency number to have them send someone.
Funny enough, once he saw the cops his craziness disappeared in a split second. Become a perfectly rational and cooperative human being. All the crazy suddenly disappeared.

One time I was at the suit store in the city and I was getting my new suit and it was packed, so their weren't enough employees and it was busy. This dude walks in and is just looking at some shyt and was just carrying out clothes and taking them shyts to his car. He did it like 4 or 5 times. Obviously didn't pay for the shyt. I'm looking in the air. I ain't no snitch
