I agree with some of what's been said, drums need to be switched for some other joints.
Add reverb to make it sound more blended with the beat but I think you said it's not mixed so I guess you'll fix it down the road.
Try taking your hi hat off 16th notes... and try an eighth note pattern.
do you know what that is?
16ths are 4 in a beatYea I think I kno what u talking about....I can change that when I hit note repeat.
16ths are 4 in a beat
and 8ths are 2 in a beat.
you have it at 4. dumb it down to 2 hi hat hits a beat and see what it sounds like.
Iight going try that over the weekend
u sound like me..and then the weekend turns into 6 years. smh.
do it now. =)
Lmao so tru man...my cpu off man and a nig got work in the morn....Nah I'm on tomorrow b....i came in today and switched up the drum patterns
when u do it, post it. im curious.
i dont have any computer programs and shyt...im old school.
I think the intros too long, unless that's what you were going for I generally stick with an intro no longer than 8 bars
like everybody else said the drums don't really fit most especially the hi-hats
and i wasn't feeling the overall drum pattern, for practice you should listen to drum patterns of artists you like try to re-create them and then when you sample use what you re-create with slight variations until you get a feel of how you would like your drums
