you didn't even mention the mans moveset. Sega can't make cool characters, we get that, but you can't knock the gameplay and his moveset was straight up Jeet Kune Do, no lame animations or nothing. VF has the best animations and the most kungfuiest movesets in any fighting game, whether you like the characters or not

I put him over Jann Lee for that very reason, he animates waaaaay better. quickest example I can find.

Actually, I vehemently disagree about VF having the best animations. In fact, I vehemently always stated how I disliked how shared their animations look across each characters that share some of the same moves. Most of the cast's punches, kicks and knees look identical.
