Y'all running in this still? I need to get my weight up.
What do you play on?
PS4.
Trying to learn Jin and getting rocked.
Lili is my main.
I’m on PC and Xbox for now. Getting another PS4 next month.
Could post some gameplay here and people will give feedback. When I try to learn a character I watch pros play and steal their tech - RunitBlack, CherryBerryMango, Book are the best Jin players in the world atm
bunch of guides out there in YT as well. Blasted Salami has a series for just about every character.
I've been watching Mango but Jin has so many punishes sometimes I get confused. To add to that I keep using his Tekken 6 combos which don't exist anymore. I am in the practice mode figuring out King, and Xiaoyu.
Got wrecked by a Xiao the other day.
She's always been my worst matchup.
I'm going to pick up Zafina.

xiaou basically just wait for her to do all her dumb ass twists and spins , eventually they gonna do something punishable , plus once you get going they tend to press buttons .... they hate just sitting there and blocking
.Sounds like my experience when I picked him up a year ago. Has multiple tools for every situation and choosing between them on the spot can be hard. Wound up dropping him because I prefer less execution heavy characters.
What helps in the Ling MU is finding a fast mid that will hit her out of AOP and interrupt her backturn transitions on block - she should not be allowed to attack for free unless you get hit on the transitions, and being patient when she gets you on the ground because she's 100% looking for an oki set up to relaunch. Some characters can deal with her bullshyt better than others, like Paul.
Zafina is fun if nothing else. That mantis stance is even more evasive than AOP
