This is a red flag .....i never been to LA but everyone says the highways are always grid locked and I know they are especially all star weekend!

Depending on where he was in LA proper he could have made it to Torrance with time to spare. Plus, he would have been headed in the direction that everyone else isn’t headed in. Away from West Hollywood, downtown, Santa Monica etc.
