You keep dodging the question. Why didn’t jooba do nothing although he knew where this nikka was at. You keep running this “he was hiding/why he didn’t go here” bullshyt but the point is, Jooba, the nikka who said he couldn’t step foot in la, knew where he was when he stepped foot in LA, and didn’t go to see him.
