He'll get somewhere between 5 and 10, at ten and 85% on the federal guideline, he'll parole at 8½ in May '27, he'll be 31, and probably start transitioning to a halfway house the year before...

He'll get between 5 and 10. Deserves to be treated like Average Joe and get more, but the hype and energy behind protecting this lame is gonna make sure he don't get more than 10...

Brehs were acting like facts didn't matter anymore or like the Feds don't have a 95% conviction rate in court. You aren't beating them. You're gonna go to jail and probably for a long ass time.

Maybe he gets ten years knocked off in a perfect situation but he's still going to jail for at least 25-30 years. His life is over. For nothing. Breh could have just been a normal clout rapper making big money. Instead he wanted to be super gangsta bro, knowingly partnering with real life gang dudes. White (and Hispanic..) kids loved seeing him baiting black rappers with all that bullshyt. Now his life is over lol.

bruh he literally snitched on everybody he could. He is facing 37 years but he gonna get that Sammy the bull treatment and the DA is asking for no time lol.

I don’t believe this. If shotti got like 15 years. I don’t see him getting more time than the people he snitched on.

granted I didn’t follow this case and know only the bits and pieces I came across. Just doesn’t seem Logical though

I still say about 60 months, though he should get a hard 120 months. Jose Rodrigo Archeiga Gamboa, aka Chino Antrax, one of the highest ranking Sinaloa Cartel traffickers prosecuted, he was an instagram star, was designated by OFAC as a kingpin, picked up by Interpol, spent the last 6 years cooperating, and just got 86 months, which means he will be out in a year or so.

His lawyers, the prosecutors, and the judge agreed it was the most fair sentence. Don't be surprised if Tekashi gets 18 months, and is out in about 10 months. I feel like the judge is going to go higher, and send a message to aspiring gang members and rappers.
