I've been thinking this. The videos are great but jumping around isn't helping with his knowledge He should start from 1988 (Since he loves that era and anything before it probably just too different) and go from there on.

His videos are fine the way they are. The reason people like them is cos it takes you back to a time when you were young in the 80s or 90s and classic music with lyricism was the norm (his reactions to Big L's music is just like mine when I first heard him all those years ago). I don't expect this kid to be knowledgeable and get all his facts right but it's good to see him appreciate what real hip hop was before all the bullshyt we're faced with now.

I've had the pleasure of putting nikkas on that was around in the 90s that slept on Twista.

Every nikka instantly became a fan after hearing this shyt.

I'm from the midwest so I was hearing shyt from all over....a lot of other regions heavily slept on Twista. I remember dude was Tung Twista at first before he found his lane.

To make things better he could research a little on the artists he likes just to find out a little more..of course he asks us for info but even he admits he doesn't read ALL his comments.. so maybe he could look up a few things.. nothing major. but i mean do that AFTER he asks us for info and after he determines if the likes the artist. I'm not saying do that for everybody. and maybe get a list of videos. but this is only a suggestion not a criticism.. I watch his reactions and look forward to the daily..

I still think it’s cool that it seems like he genuinely appreciates 80s and 90s rap. I feel a lot of these young dudes would just diss and say that shyt is boring. The only video I’ve seen so far that he wasn’t really feeling was triumph and even then he was saying it’s cool but it’s just way over his head which honestly I don’t even blame him. I don’t even think RZA knows what the fukk he’s talking about in triumph.

I was responding to post and was trying to say it as a suggestion... Shyt ..I've been supported Homie and subscribed since the first shook ones video got posted.. I even gave song suggestions..

But as he does more and more of these I was merely saying a way he could evolve his channel... he doesn't need to watch the videos but just have a list.. Hes always asking us for any info on artists abc, xyz .. after a while people are gonna expect him to start knowing a little something.

He is going for genuine reactions, and even keep it funky when he have heard bits and parts of a certain song before. He always ask his viewers to provide them with information of certain artists. And, it seems you want him to research artists that YOU like to which he's been lately asking requests of artists that he have not yet heard. And have you not stop and think that this IS his research? He goes in blind, reacts and then appreciate who that artist is about and ASK for more information about that artist or group. He's going in blind the same way WE have when a rap artist comes out and we reacted the same way without prior information, and we didn't have the internet back then. We learned as we go. That's what he is doing.
