If i were any more calm, I'd be asleep.

Aren't you from ny? You understanding nas' gibberish doesn't really mean much. What do you suggest he do during these reaction vids for shyt he doesn't understand and fawn at like a typical new Yorker?

I know exactly what Guap is saying when he considers Wu/Nas too deep. I felt the exact same way listening to their music in '97. My first introduction to Nas was IWW. And that's because a friend of mine told me "Pac liked him" (I was a Pac fan). I remember looking through the booklet at the rhymes and thinking: 'wow, are all rappers this intricate on paper?' But I didn't give a fukk. The purpose of the material just kinda flew over my head. I was a way bigger Pac fan in 97 than Nas fan. Now it's the total opposite. Nas, Wu, Mobb... their music has always been more mature and wilder at the same time. Which is a tough sell to casuals/newbies.

:mjlol:

if this nikka ever ever revisits Jay after this shyt I'll be shocked.

I even think DP is too grown for him. Jigga don't really make shyt for kids, tbh
DP ain’t Triumph :prodigylol:
With Guap, there’s got to be some shyt that he finds impressive or real or Street shyt, but it’s got to be somewhat accessible.

There’s enough straight forward shyt in DP for him to love it.

Like I said earlier. I think Vol.2 Jay is where he’ll really get into him.

I've been trying to request 'bring it on' for weeks

THAT was the perfect old jay-z song for him to react to first

King gvap is impressed by crazy flows and swaggy lyrics

Bring it on has that. Jaz-O's insane flow
Jigga's super witty lines
And bring it on has a pretty sick but very straight forward beat. It'd have let him focus on the lyrics

I understand why people suggested can't get wit that because of the flow switches cos after the big l video gvap was still unimpressed with jiggas skills BUT this is also a prime reason cac's (sorry but its true) shouldn't be allowed to suggest songs...they ALWAYS go for the corny gimmicky sh_t (the amount of people i've told to stfu for requesting dance with the devil and canibus album songs :heh:)...i KNOW a cac requested that. They'd pick this to show off his skills without realising songs like where i'm from and imaginary players are way better examples of doing that

I bet you I DAMN GARAUNTEE you he'll end up reacting to dead wrong before a brooklyn's finest, young g's, i love the dough or kick kn the door etc smfh :snoop:

You may be right. But given his natural inclination to hate on Jay, coupled with Vol 2 not being Jay at his best. I could see him dismissing it as not impressive.

Guap doesn’t have the instincts of a casual fan and Vol 2 is the perfect Jay for a casual fan.

I could be wrong though. :yeshrug:

We will find out though soon enough. He will do DP soon as well as videos from Vol 2

bro, I don't even think victory will get reacted to period because of people's irrational disdain towards diddy :mindblown:

and even if it does, gvap's gonna fucc it up by choosing to watch the video (with it's weird video and long breaks between the song) instead of the lyric video, which he will need to understand the GOATness of that song
