There wasn't an 80s arcade game but the first was called TMNT the arcade game. The sequel was TMNT turtles in time. That's the game you're confusing with this brand new game that is being made in that style.
I believe the 3rd ninja turtles movie was called turtles in time and it was the worst TMNT movie ever
