Try Fight'N Rage. Might be the best classic style beat em up I've ever played.

I actually came in here to say that I finished my first run of this and loved it but I'm disappointed they didnt take some elements from Fight'N Rage and put them in this. That game had Star Fox-style paths, decisions, different endings and a story that changes depending on what you do. This game feels super basic in comparison, but the IP and nostalgia gives it a lot of clout

Fight n Rage is really dope. I just wish the game wasn't all anthropomorphic characters and wasn't so short.

Well it's short like most beatemups, including this one (a run in this game is 3 hours)

But for you to do all the paths and endings in Fight'n Rage is like 10 hours of content not even mentioning the unlockables. In this game you see everything in one run

Both are dope tho, the point of these game is to have a game to jump in and have fun and replay it from time to time

There's literally only like 6 levels in Fight n Rage tho. Most of these types of games in modern times have double the number of levels.

I'm sure it will actually go to some shyt like TLoU that you would never listen to outside of the game in your life cause it's always shyt like that that wins

Nostalgia is carrying this game but i can be honest and say this is kinda on the lower end of the recent beat ‘em up reboots.

River city, Streets of Rage, and Battletoads, were all better and added more to to formula imo.

Still enjoying the game. 6 player co-op online/offline is the one thing this game has going for it over all the others. Really fun to jump in an partake in all the chaos just like the old arcade game.

That Battletoads game was mid af
No shot it was better than this game.
Also had boring ass box puzzle platforming levels all up in the video dragging the whole game down

I am enjoying the game, but I feel there's something missing with the combo system in this game. I might be a bit spoiled by playing SOR4

Copped this on the switch and played the first level with the turtles and splinter. Don is my favorite turtle, but I'm a bit annoyed at how sluggish they made my boy in this game. Playing as Donnie feels like driving a tank. Mikey is quick, but that range is ass. Best characters so far are Leo and Raph. Wasn't feelin splinter that much.

For me it's Leo and Mikey. I dunno how to unlock Casey yet. I'm only 4 levels in story mode.
