In Mexico, Belgium, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands people are not given extended sentences for attempted prison escapes because it is philosophically viewed as man's natural state to want to escape incarceration

While true I heard they’re still charged for any criminal acts they commit while escaping. So if you break a window you’ll be charged with vandalism of government property or whatever charge. If you used any unauthorized tools you’ll be charged with contraband.

Edit- nevermind, you said juvenile prison. Been through regular juvie, not prison tho. Never made it to adobe mountain, heard stories, but nothing like that for sure
