Too much Gov oversight can be bad, but from unions to "cleanin up" roids in baseball or cte in the NFL, it can make it right some what.

Government oversight is already in place over each fukking state and every single one is a fukking abject failure.
How anyone can argue 50 states and numerous countries failing means the US should have 1 federal regulatory commission is dumb as hell.

As for oversight, in other sports, government oversight didn't make baseball cleanup, MLB made it clean up. CTE didn't do shyt for the NFL and the US government has no oversight over the NFL a private organization, nor does it have oversight over college football rulesets, the NCAA does and that is a private organization as well.

I forgot who said it...maybe one of the mayweathers/ or steward , but basically they said you can use your elbows to block body shots. also it would hurt them if the opponent hit the sharp part of your elbow and discourage your opponent from throwing them as much.

You learn this on day 1 in a gym. Keep your gloves over you chin , make your body small , tuck you elbows in to protect your ribs and anticipate the body shot

khan reached out to try to parry a feint and threw a counter jab in the same motion.

he was trying to do this.

canelo slipped khans jab and threw a counter right hand over it. then khan tried throw a check hook over canelos right hand. khans hands were down because he was trying to parry a feint with his right hand and trying to throw a check hook over a right hand with his left hand while his jab was still extended. very sloppy. ran into the right hand trying to throw a check hook. thats a ko you see a lot in boxing. that was how teddy saw it and that was how i saw it.

khan was supposed to wait to bring back the jab before throwing the check hook over the right hand. floyd was doing that to canelo here and there in their fight. khan and hunter should have worked on coming over counter right hands with check hooks in training camp more being that canelo always throws them a whole lot.

That Mayweather gif is masterful spacing. Just far enough to avoid the counter and fire off his own.
