Chances are if he is 64 teaching, that pension has already been secured and he is working this just for the extra money. A lot of teachers will retire from one state or district and go to another to start working on another pension.

I wish he didn't face punitive charges (the teacher). The boy should be expelled, he initiated the violence by throwing the ball at him. At that point the teacher was in danger and can claim that everything that followed was reactionary due to a person accosting him and continuing to present himself as a menacing threat to him. Not to mention the racial tirade triggering PTSD from past racist incidences ( I am just proposing a legal argument for him to get off the charge with, it would be sad if he got convicted over this).

I hope he is not being harassed or physically threatened over this by any of those parents.
This might have already been addressed, as I’m still reading through this thread, but that boy may be connected to some Mexican gangs. If so, the OG probably needs some protection.

Just saw that video, and the more that boy kept spraying the N word, the hotter I got. Then he threw that ball. Tough situation to be in, and I hope the teacher ends up not suffering too much damage.

The teacher was in the wrong, period. The student was in the wrong too, but wtf is new about a 16-year old being in the wrong?

IF the teacher wanted to get physical he should have let off as soon as the kid threw the basketball and got in his space. That's when it looked like the teacher was in harm's way and he was easily within his rights to subdue the student and wait for security or a dean. Option #1.

By waiting, walking around, coming back, then talking trash, then firing off, then stalking the student trying to inflict more harm, then rag-dolling him and punching him while he's on the ground--the teacher deserves everything he gets. You're in a school, not in the streets, and this is a child, not a grown man, and that's what I don't think some of ya'll understand. It's different rules when you're in charge of other people's children. And if you don't get it, that's probably why you're not in charge of other people's children.

The teacher was not in any physical danger as evidenced by when the situation escalated. The student couldn't do damage to the point the teacher was just walking him down. Do you think that student could have stopped that teacher from walking out of the classroom? Of course not. So as a teacher you remove yourself from the situation and don't let a child control you. Option #2.

But I'm off this fam some of ya'll just won't get it.

And I'm still :dead: at 62K.

Get paid a year's salary because you punched your student in the face brehs.

I can somewhat see where you are coming from... but watch that video a few times. I do not advocate violence but shorty deserved the beats. Support the breh.
