watch the video you posted,looks like someone went and told him the teacher was talking shyt about beating his ass after he left the classroom. Not sure if thats true or students instigating,likely SOME truth to it. Plus the teacher is the one who walked up close to the student,again,watch the video YOU posted.

He was kicked out of that class room, that student came back in unauthroized and confronted the teacher (with 2 other students, so there were planning on potentially jumping that teacher or recording the fight which he wanted).

the teacher walks away from the student after the student flinched at him several times. He went to his desk and the student followed him, to sit there and say the teacher walked up on the student is 100% false and it's in the video.

I don't care if it's a 17 year old kid or 50 year old man, you not gonna sit there and call me racial slurs, corner me looking for a fight, and throw a fukkin basketball at me. THe only thing the teacher did wrong is not take off on him sooner.

Did you miss the first 5 seconds of the video where the teacher comes from accross the room to stand right next to the student?
Where were the other 2 students he came back with?use common sense,how do you think the student found out the teacher was saying he would beat his ass.
Is it possible those 2 students went and told him,or that the 2 students followed him to see the confrontation?Either way the 2 students are nowhere in the video so you pulled that out your ass to make what the teacher did more acceptable. Sounds like you are looking for extras to shift the blame soley on the student. When this is a grown ass man,in doing so,you are showing the strength you have mentally as a man that you can be tricked out of the streets by a tough talking suburbanite,or trying to be cool to other kids,by threatning to beat another kids ass.
Also you left out the part where he walks away but comes back from accross the room to punch him.Basically making your whole "cornered" argument sound stupid.

Then he looks out at that sea of hispanic kids and has a convo with himself in his head for a good 20 seconds that probably was something like, "Do you have any dignity or self-respect? I also find it interesting that he seemed to be getting on the phone to call in a backup teacher or something first and then let all that shyt go out the window. He should have told the kid to hit him first or he should have started swinging when he got hit with the basketball so at least he could claim self-defense. I'm sure that will still be his defense in court but it's less likely to save him when they show the video and how it all unfolded. Anybody know how long he was a teacher?
