The guy had a girlfriend (a teenage girl who ended up getting 20 years, she's not the same as the snitch in the op though) and she had a couple friends (one of them being the snitch in the op). They (the group of girl's) wanted to rob the teen's boyfriend of some money and drugs and tried to but were unsuccessful. Then they hitched up a plan to have TayK and a couple of his friends run up in the house with guns and rob them. One night when they're in the house one of the girls unlocks the front door. That's when Tayk and his dudes ran up in there. There wasn't and money or drugs so they just tried to steal their cellphones. Before they left they shot one of the guys that lived their in the stomach (the guy who died). They shot the other guy too but he got into a scuffle with them and was somehow able to break out and run to his neighbor's house.
