It's sort of like how Scarface said that J. Prince got goons from coast to coast that could touch you if Prince wanted them to. I was under the impression that Wack had similar pull to the point where even in NY someone would have run up on tax by now. The fact that it hasn't happened and Tax is still talking has me thinking that he's not who I perceived him to be. I'm not saying he's soft. I'll even go as far as to say he may have that power but I'm still thinking differently about him because if he does, he still hasn't used it. The way I saw him was simply someone not to play around with or you'd get dealt with asap.
