Angie is a lot prettier than Tasha, she looks like she could be related to the Bella Twins, Tasha is very average looks wise.

When Angie found out James was "Ghost" she wanted him to leave the game while Tasha wanted him to eventually be the biggest drug dealer in NYC. So she looks better than Tasha and overall wants better for you even at the cost of having a far less ravishing lifestyle makes her the better choice to me.
