That being said the place underwent renovation so you won’t see the proper listing unless you dig. I know from the line of work I’m in that was much more than 1389sqft just off visual unless I’m crazy.

Okay, maybe the size of the space needs to be updated on the other sites. Maybe.

But, c’mon 2700 sq feet is still a tiny ass place for a “museum”. Especially considering what he promised. Not to mention he’s the sole owner of the space to do with as he wishes.

But if his supporters are okay with funding his real estate portfolio, I’m happy for Flex.
