Folks really don't get it with all these types.
They expect you to tune in and spend hours listening to them thinking you're getting gems/nuggets or getting closer to your own goals but all you're doing is spending time listening to them rather than grinding.
It's practically the self-help industry in general, but what's worse is you're thinking a community going to get the work you should be doing yourself done for you. At least a great self-help book encourages you to find power in yourself to do something, not to spend more money on their products.
In reality, the only person really hustling and getting any work in are those people doing the podcast. Listeners and people who tune in are their hustle/grind and they make you think you're grinding with them. That's why neither going to shun the other although they have two different arguments that should theoretically clash - they both need ya'll to tune in.
