My ex is from Miami and we used to go there often to visit her family. I used to see a bunch of white Latinos who would like a typical white person in Houston, Dallas, Cleveland, etc. When I went to Cuba and Colombia in 2022, I saw the same thing. Blonde hair, blue eyed spicy cacs.
