100% I did not vote for Obama the second time once I saw he was too polite. That’s not going to get us where we need to go in the Black community. Republicans have showed they will put their policies in place to benefit yt Evangelicals at any cost. I voted this ticket solely to get 45 out! They do have some proposed policies that will benefit me if they go in effect but neither were my top choices. Period. It’s really simple. Do I want to negotiate my needs with a group that will at least listen and give something or would I chance it with a racist that the entire world hates who gives passes to those that try to hurt my kids? I think all black people face systemic racism and the threat of police brutality but my life ain't nowhere near this. I ain't nowhere near the bracket where tax cuts affect me, or near six figures but I'm happy in my life outside of the prejudices that white people have for my race.
