He has to on some level understand that Black people don't like Trump because he just can't come out and say he prefers Trump. The Trump tax cuts helped him. The emontional MAGAT's and race soliders helped him too.

I don't expect anything to change but if Biden some manages to hit pause on the emotional racism, or more likely just get the pivot on something else then that would be bad for Tariq's bottom line. If Biden can get a national police certification of all cops that would be good for Black america and bad for Tariq because if certs can be granted federally they can be taken away so if a cop shoots a Black person and his fired they can't just get a another job in a different jurisdiction.

This doesn't have to be Biden any politican can do this.
