The term poor/poorest is subjective. On a global scale they are not poor. Being poor in a non-white country takes on a whole new meaning. On top of this, they have options to relocate within the white supremacist country.

Now a month ago. I was listening to the radio and they mentioned a rural town (can't remember the name). They said the major reason why there was such a downturn in industry and economic there was the towns reluctance to urbanize. Now I'm not saying this is what's happening in W.V., but food for thought, many rural/white towns would rather be poor and white than "urbanize".

I agree that poor is subjective in many cases; however, there are metrics used to measure the poverty line. If you make below $_______ per year, you're above, at, or below the poverty line. The same metric is used for all races in the United States in regards to income, which then gives who is poor objectivity. There are definitive thresholds that has to be crossed to enter/exit categories of income.

The term you want is low income, not poor. That is class war (And even that's debatable). That's a battle between white people, nothing to do with black people.
