All b.s aside...Charleston would never be the same. It would turn into a warzone on tourist and shyt and they don't want that...that's what they fear the most. Think about it right quick... have you ever seen a place react so quick to a police killing of a black man and then a mass killing? They know the type of niccaz down there and don't want it to go back to the late 90's/early 2000's when Charleston was as bad as places like Memphis and B ham. They don't use the word "fool up" for no reason there.
